Brendan is a graduate of law at Norton White currently undergoing accreditation to become a solicitor. Brendan graduated from Macquarie University with Bachelor of Arts with the degree of Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in 2016.
He lectured as a legal researcher before undertaking the Advanced Masters of Air and Space Law at Leiden University, the Netherlands, from 2017-2018, graduating dux of his class with the distinction summa cum laude.
Brendan is a published author with articles appearing in the journal of Air & Space Law and wrote the concluding chapter to the book “Behind and Beyond the Chicago Convention: The Evolution of Aerial Sovereignty” commemorating the 75th birthday of the Convention on International Civil Aviation.
Prior to joining Norton White in 2019, Brendan interned in a top aviation firm in London, studied at the University of Vienna and Utrecht University, the Netherlands, and has been working in the legal industry since his first job as a law clerk in 2012.
