Henry practices in Norton White’s aviation litigation department, where he has worked since joining the firm as a paralegal in 2014. He has experience in large-scale aviation litigation arising from aircraft accidents. He has been involved in defending passenger and cargo claims for international and domestic carriers, as well as proceedings for judicial review of actions taken by industry regulators.

Henry graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons I) and Juris Doctor (first in graduating class) from the University of Sydney in 2016. From January 2018 to August 2019 he took a leave of absence from Norton White while he worked as Tipstaff to the Hon Justice Leeming of the New South Wales Court of Appeal. He has taught Torts & Contracts II at the University of Sydney and currently teaches Equity & Trusts at the University of New South Wales. He is a reporter for the Federal Court Reports and Federal Law Reports.
