Ian Adrian | Consultant

Ian specialises in litigation and dispute resolution. Ian is experienced in using alternative dispute resolution to bring disputes to an early and cost-effective end.  When at Ashurst, Ian was one of the three partner team who managed the representation of the liquidators in the landmark Bell Group litigation in Perth. In October 2008 the liquidators were successful in obtaining Australia's largest ever civil judgment at first instance which was upheld on appeal.
